MY THOUGHTS

When I first started reading this book I thought i recognised the authors story and when I checked it was because I had listened to the audiobook of her other book a couple of months ago. This book kind of follows on from that one and takes you through habits and tries to stop you doing or thinking them but the author did say she sometimes finds herself going back to her old habits and does the sections of the book herself again. Overall i thought this was ok not brilliant
